Oh my goodness, how proud is our beautiful girlie Fleur making us this year? After winning Gundog Group 3 earlier in the year she seems to have gone from strength to strength. At The Welsh Kennel Club show under Patsy Hollings she gained another CC and was Best of Breed again, then at South Wales Kennel Association, under Keith Young, yet another CC and Best of Breed, followed four days later at Gundog Society of Wales, another CC under Frank Kane. My goodness, what a year! She’s getting a well deserved rest now, time to chill out, get dirty and have some fun!!

Introducing Angus, a very lovely young Welsh Springer Spaniel, who is challenging his mummy in the show ring, enjoying a sand filled holiday with us! Angus came in to us with his chestnut patches gleaming and his white bits absolutely pristine – 2 days playing with his new best buddy Stringer in the sand pit has completely put paid to that! Sorry Evie but some intense bathing will be needed before the next show…………..!

Yes, what are you looking at?
I know I buried that bone in here somewhere!
On your marks, get set, go……!
Two happy dogs
Little Millie the Cocker Spaniel, who was very timid to start with when she came for her mini-break last week has joined us again for a few days and it was wonderful to see her, right from the start, join in with all the games, especially with the other ‘new girl’ Poppy! Poppy is a young Goldie crossed with an Irish Setter, she is absolutely full of beans and life and is here for her first ‘holiday’ after passing her mini break test with flying colours.
Here are some photos of Poppy and Millie getting to know each other.
Getting to know you!
Chase me, chase me!!
Making lots of new friends
Just sniffin’ around with Dooby!
Another delightful boy, Badger by name and Badger by looks! A lovely gentle lurcher visiting us for the first time at the weekend. He settled in so well, happy in the play paddocks with his new friends, taking everything in his stride. It would take a lot to upset this lovely gentleman and we look forward to welcoming him back to Towsers very soon.
